The screens what gets built
Public site Agent pages
Six screens the agent sees: service chooser, calculator, uploads, payment, confirmation, tracking.
Back office Work queue
The screen staff live in. Sorted by SLA risk, not date. Eight functions explained.
Back office Application detail
One job: declared data, documents, duty breakdown, audit trail, actions.
Back office Duty check & top up
Why money goes missing. RM254 short on a job whose profit was RM15.
Back office LHDN batch export
One XML file instead of fifty manual filings. Three hours down to ten minutes.
Back office Duty rates
The tax schedule as config, with a working calculator. Try the numbers yourself.
Reference background
All of this is inferred from the reference site. The client's Figma and functional spec have not been shared. Treat every screen as a straw man and let their design overrule it. Whichever screen they argue with is the one where their requirement differs from our guess.
Duty figures follow the schedule effective 1 January 2025, verified against the Finance Act 2024 and HASiL's current penalties. Reference site behaviour read from tenancy.my page source, 3 September 2026. Confirm the schedule with the client's tax agent before it enters a contract.
