Agent facing pages · the public site
Six screens, in order, covering steps A1 to R3 of the flow. This is the half the supplied Figma will cover, so treat these as our guess at the layout and let their design overrule it.
The one decision the agent has to make. Two products, two different moments in the deal, and the copy has to make that obvious or they will pick the wrong one and staff will spend the morning on the phone. Note the "when to use this" line under each, which is the part the reference site leaves out.
Two services. Pick the one that matches where your deal is.
The commercial heart of the whole site. Four things this has to get right: four tenure bands not three (the reference site is missing "more than 5 years"), a visible late penalty so nobody is surprised at checkout, the working shown under the duty so the number is defensible, and a tenure confirmation because ticking 1 year instead of 2 years triples the duty and causes almost every top up.
Enter the terms exactly as they appear in the signed agreement.
| Stamp duty | RM216.00 |
| RM18,000 annual rent ÷ RM250 = 72 blocks × RM3 | |
| Duplicate copy ×1 | RM10.00 |
| Late penalty | RM0.00 |
| Our service fee | RM15.00 |
| Total payable | RM241.00 |
RM226 of this is stamp duty paid to LHDN on your behalf. Only RM15 is our fee. Estimate based on what you entered, and confirmed against your agreement before we file.
Two of the three uploads are conditional, and the form has to ask the questions that reveal them rather than listing every possible file and hoping. A missing passport is the second most common reason a job stalls, and it is only discovered days later when staff open the file.
Scans or clear photos are fine. Maximum 6 MB per file.
FPX first, because that is how Malaysian agents pay and because a flat fee FPX transaction protects the margin. On a RM241 charge a percentage based card fee can eat half the RM15, and on a high duty job it can exceed it entirely. If cards are offered at all they should carry a surcharge.

This page has one job: stop the agent from phoning. Give them the reference number, tell them exactly what happens next and when, and hand them the tracking link. The turnaround promise printed here is the same SLA the admin queue is counting down against, so whatever the client commits to here becomes an operational obligation with a refund attached.
Payment of RM241.00 received. A copy has been emailed to sarah.y@horizon.example
Public, no login, reference number only. That is a deliberate trade: it removes all friction, and it means anyone holding a reference can see a status. Keep the visible detail minimal for that reason, and put the document behind an expiring link rather than a permanent public URL. This page is also the cheapest support tool the client will ever own.
Link expires in 7 days. Request a new one any time from this page.
These are our guesses, not their design. The client is supplying Figma, so treat every layout above as a straw man. What is worth defending in a design review is the substance: four tenure bands, the working shown under the duty, the tenure confirmation, conditional uploads, FPX first, and a printed turnaround promise that matches whatever SLA they actually intend to honour.
